how to make a "hard" end button

I miss being able to click end to end a call and be able to continue what im doing.

now (evo 4g3d i guess it is) if im in a browser and need to end a call i have to...

1. home
2. phone
3. end
4. home
5 browser

where as with my tp2 i could click end, then click on my phone number to call next call. I never really stopped what i was doing to end a call and could get through my calls quickly.

Is there a way to streamline this up a little?

Thanks.

I just found a setting on my phone (froyo, toshiba regza) today. Settings - system settings -key assign. There's a setting on mine to end calls using the power button, though I don't know if it works while using another app.
I also use an app called "task switcher"from the market, it lets me change between running apps kinda like alt+tab on a pc. perhaps that'll make things a little easier? Otherwise you can usually access the phone app during a call from the notification menu.

You're using an Evo 3D?

While you're on a call, pull the notification bar down. Hit end call. Drag it back up. Non-interrupted!
