Help how to make a new folder

i want to make a file/folder to store and move ringtones/notification sounds i have made on my pc. i want it to be able to find it under phone ringtones in the sounds section in settings. just so i can keep them separate from pre existing phone ringtones. is this at all possible?

You need to download a file manager from the market. From there it'll be easy to create a folder. Just search file manager in the market. Astro is a pretty poplular.

You can also just longoress on the screen and a pop up menu will give u the option too.
