How to make Android phone plays QuickTime?

Hi, hajimeabc. I hope you got this figured out oh so long ago - I saw you had also posted in the MacWorld forums.

The reason you are not getting the popup dialog to use a video player is that you have already, at some point in time, selected your default video player when viewing a movie. In order to allow other video players to be used when viewing video content on the web, you'll need to clear the defaults for your current video player on your device. Settings --> Apps --> {find your current video player --> Clear defaults

Then you can use MX or mobo or other players to view video content.

I think that's what it is. Can't view them on a PC either, not without having Apple's junky bloated Quicktime thing installed.
It's expected to not be able to view QT on PCs if the codecs not installed, but it should play on Androids with MX codecs installed

Hey guys I was wondering if there is a app that is like quicktime. I mean like when I press on a flash video it will play it with that app. I don't know if I explained that correctly but basically when you get on a page with a flash video or stream online (safari) there is a play button that opens up the QuickTime app and plays the stream full screen instead of using the player the video is supposed to use. (Example: If I was on YouTube on my iphone that video would have a play button and when I press it it would open QuickTime instead of using the default YouTube player) thanks
