How to make Calendar apps see Google Apps' calendar?

Seem to have got my Google Apps mail running and expected GCal to be an easy setup. Each calendar app I have looked at - Jorte, Business Calendar, Touch Calendar, iRT Calendar - all come up with a list of calendars** - 'My Calendar', Peoples calendar, my non-App gmail address and so on - but none of the lists show my Google Apps 'domain' address and I can't find anywhere to add it in.

What have I missed to get my phone-thing to see my GA calendar and tasks, please?
