How to make fonts in gchat and facebook larger

I had eye surgery and now, unless I wear reading glasses, I can't see things near. I fixed my text to be HUGE font and it's fine, but in things like gchat (which I use more than regular text) and facebook, I can't hardly see things (especially in facebook).

I have gone into accessibility and set font to be huge. I have looked at other various settings, but I am at a loss.

thanks!

for facbook another thing worth trying is just using the mobile web site thrrough chrome. In accessibility settings for chrome I have font set to 130% and its way way bigger and easier to read than the app. Also if you set chrome to allow zooming even on mobile pages then can zoom in a bit if need be.

Interestingly the built in Internet browser (not chrome) does not display 130% font as well as chrome does on the facebook site. Seems to get the formatting messed up and font size doesn't get much better. Not sure why but chrome is the best in this case

android 4.2 has an accessibility feature built in which allows you to triple tap the screen to zoom in in any app, throughout the OS. Looking forward to getting this on S3 (hopefully) eventually. (I have a vision problem so need large fonts. Find the S3 much more accessible than my iphone ever was but built in zoom would be icing on the cake, something that apple already offers)
