How to make my Galaxy S3 black?

Ghost10bxl

So I have the white version of the Galaxy S3 and to be honest I really don't like the colour. I want BLACK!

I have a fully working with a properly working front screen. So I just want a front cover that'd make the front part black and then I could get a black battery door to make the back, black. Anyway to do this?

I don't want it to look ugly though, I want it so that no one can notice if it's originally black. I'm on contract with 3 and they won't let me exchange for a blue one so I'd like to buy a cover possibly to make it look black.

Thanks

In this video, she had a white S3 and then she broke her screen and bought a red one and then a red battery door.

Although I have a fully properly working screen and I don't want to dissemble it. I also don't want to make it ugly. I want it like hers but black. Anyway to do this?

Thanks...

You could get a skin from Unique Skins or Decal Girl. They are a vinyl sticker that covers very well. There are a multitude of designs or just plain colors, also with Unique Skins you can upload a design or picture. There are also screen protectors that have the front color covered with black, blue, red, others... these I have seen on Amazon. With the last option you would need a case to cover the back.

I'm in the UK by the way... And could you give me a reliable link because many I have seen look dodgy and I do not want to waste money. :)

Im in UK and bought a "carbon black" decalgirl skin from Amazon. It took seriously a month to arrive!! Its like the vendors dont keep them in stock so they ship each one from the US so id advise just buying them direct if the price is right.
Gota say i was very impressed though. Theyr very durable. Lasted maybe 6months before i removed it. I want the "solid state black" one now but waiting a month is rediculous. Let me know if u find a better UK supplier mate

Oh yeah, a tip.. the skins look a lot cooler imo if you keep the capacitive buttons covered. Theres little cut outs for the lights (which ive always kept disabled) to shine through so when you peel the skin off the backing paper, try n keep the cut-outs attatched. When i pulled it off, one of the cut outs stayed stuck to the paper and when i stuck the lil bit where it should be, it didnt look as smooth as it should. The buttons work fine covered :)

I just looked at it on Amazon, I'm alright waiting one month...

But few questions though, is it cool? LOL
Does it feel cheap? Because it's only

The back part doesnt cover the whole battery cover. Without a case, you can still see some white around the edges. The front fits very well, just be very careful when puting it on. I had it a bit off centre so you could see some white at one edge of the front camera and sensors. What i didnt like was the bit that covers the home button, it was a bit big so the edges got kinda tatty. I had to remove that about a month before removing the rest n it looked daft havin a white button. The material is excellent, very heavy duty and flexible enough to make fitting it easier

A cheap screen protector came with mine that would have fitted inside the skin, it was only big enough to cover the actual display but i dont like screen protectors.
The rest of my 10mnth old phone is chipped and scratched but my screen is flawless so i dont really worry :)
