How to Make Official Froyo Faster

There has been a lot of complaining about the speed of Froyo, and there are a few fixes I know of. You need to be rooted for all of these though. You can flash an overclocked kernel found here: OC kernel for Offical Froyo. I do not recommend this!!
This ROM sped mine up quite a bit: 2.2.2 vanilla Rom EB28
Download cachemate and clear the cashes. This can *sometimes* speed it up a little.

Also, I used Titanium Backup to remove Sprint ID, Sprint Tutorial widgets etc.

None of this stuff is mine and I do not take credit for it. All I did was post the links .
If TheAndroid makes another guide, follow his not mine. He's MUCH better with this stuff than I.
