How to make profiles?

How can I create profiles for different ringtones, loudnesses, silent mode etc. like it can be done with "normal" mobile phones?

I use ... Volume Control + Pro ... that supports presets that allows you to have multiple configurations.

Thanks Thom,

It sounds like you cannot create profiles without any additional pograms. I thought it was a standard option to create such profiles.
