How to make the app work in different screen sizes

Hi,

I have developed an app which is working in screen size from 4.5/4.7. I am trying to make it work for all screen sizes even small of 4. What i have to do. Please someone help me

I'm no Dev, but I believe you have to set the positions of items via a percentage of the screen rather than a fixed position.

The app should support 4.04 version too. It is not at all supporting tat version
