How to make voice recognition to be dialing command?

I was search anywhere and I'm not found solution for this case.
any knows how to development android application that can voice recognition to be a dialing command?

That functionality is already built-into Google Voice Search so every Android phone can already do that. Hit Google Voice Search and say, "Dial 555-555-1234", or "Call John Smith mobile" (assuming John Smith is in your address book).

The trouble is that voice recognition is bad with accents and it doesnt help that Google seem to be very US-centric.
I think it will be a long time until it will be useful to everyone. As a person with a strong regional accent, its a lot faster/easier for me to do things manualy :thumbup:

Lmao i see people in my town shout at their google now or siri in either a tom cruise or a hugh grant accent instead of having some dignity and use their thumbs like scotsmen

I gota say though, ive mastered Google Now's new "remind me" "when/at" voice function and it does actualy make voice easier than thumbs for reminders so thats a huge step forward to me.. even though it reminds me to "gate nissan mountain" instead of "take chicken out oven" but it reminds me at the right time
