Help how to move apps on screen

when you click apps on the bottom right of the screen and it brings up the stock apps and the ones you have downloaded, when i hold one to move it it wont let me move it around those pages, its moves it to the ones on my home page, if that makes sense?

They are typically sorted alpha in the app drawer. With the app drawer open, hit the menu key and see if that gives you an option to sort it differently...

The apps are sorted from a-z so I don't think you are able to move those around. But if you hold the app you can place them where every you would like on the home screen/pages.

To move apps in the drawer on the note 2 open the app drawer then press the left menu button and click on edit. Now it will let you move them around how you want.
