How to move pics between albums

I had an LG Optimus F7 before switching to my current phone that I got yesterday, a Kyocera Hydro Edge.

Does the Hydro have an option for folders in the photo gallery? I have folders on there now from my SIM card on old phone. If so, how do you create folders, or move pics from the general folder/album to another folder?

Try ES File Explorer. You can use it to make new folders, copy or move files, etc.

If you're using the stock gallery app for viewing, if you nest the folders they will still all show up in the gallery as if they are all in the same root folder. Try QuickPic as a gallery alternative. It's much better at organization.
