Help How to not show photos in gallery/mediascape?

Does anyone know how to not make folders appear in gallery?
I'm sure I've read somewhere if you put a line of text somewhere it stops them showing up.
I'm sick of seeing all my albums in the gallery!

Thought you have to click More.

I highly suggest getting another app. Mediascape can be quite annoying.

3d Gallery is good.

create a blank text file and rename it to .nomedia - this will stop the mediascanner from indexing that folder
