I have both SetCPU and TempMonitor but whenever I open up SetCPU the max is only 550 MHZ how do I increase it to oh say 800???? Also Im a little precautious because I have been watching my temp monitor and after like 15 minutes of browsing, games etc it starts to reach the 114-115 degree mark...........I mean I don't want it to go crazy at 800....Thanks...Newbie @ Rooting

Hit the Menu button at the bottom and select the Autodetect instead of Droid. You should be able to go up to 1ghz from there but be careful with that temp.

What temp sensor are you using? The one that monitors the actual OMAP3430 sensor is much more accurate then the AKwhatever one. Also you can be safe at 45-50C which is more then 115F.
