'How to' on v3.2.1

I got my spouse a new Tablet. I is outfitted with 3.2.1...I am used to having a my Android produce a screen with an icon consisting or 4 tiny boxes that when hit, produces a host of data like manage apps or wallpaper. This does not exist on 3.2.1...In addition, I am used going to gallery and selecting a picture and then holding it down until a desired action screen comes up which includes 'set as wallpaper'..No such a function in 3.2.1

Is there a 'how to' forum on this software on this forum??

Have you posted on the Forum for that particular Tablet? May get better help then out here in the General Population
