How to open keyboard anywhere?

I just bought GTA 3 and I want to input cheats, but I need a keyboard to do that(tell me otherwise if I'm wrong). Tell me how?

If there's a text input box to enter them into, press it and an on-screen keyboard will appear, the same as for any other text input. If there's no text input box, where are you supposed to enter them?

Did a bit of searching, looks like you're gonna need a physical keyboard of some sort like a bt or usb one

There's no place to put it in. The game was ported from the PC version, so it still has built in cheats.

If You want to attach your key board to enter cheats you can use usb OTG Cable ... root required
