How to open the multiscreen?

Multiscreen is only used for a few built-in apps. It looks like they expanded the app selection with the Note 2 and JB (but not by much). If you are using one of the apps that allows this function, you should see a multi-screen icon [|] (near the top right corner) that you press to activate it. You then select another app that is compatible for multi-screen use.

So far these are the only apps that can use multi-screen:

1) Internet
2) S-Note
3) Video Player
4) Polaris Office
5) Gallery
6) Email

it’s just a gimmick basically, I have never used any of these in multiscreen yet myself (well only to test), I think it has been marketed as if you would be able to run anything multiscreen and is probably misleading, there’s also no point as I don't think I’d want to run a few things at once on a screen that size anyway, would be kind of hard to start seeing what you are looking at.

It’s also unfortunate as the only apps you can do it with, most people probably use a better market app version.

I use multi screen all the time - in fact that is one of the main reasons ( s-pen the other ) why i got the Note 10.1 -
I use it for my degree studies and have a pdf open while using s-note and make notes and also the net open whilst doing exercises / assignments - its very handy and a great feature, if your not getting the most out of the tablets features you could have saved money and got the tab2 10.1 instead maybe?
