Root How to overclock LG Thrive?

After rooting, I have searched around without any information in details. Can anyone recommend a reference?

I rooted my P506 with SuperOneClick v1.7. and installed SetCPU. SetCPU designates the MAX. CPU speed as 600 MHz and no more, eventhough I have read on some sites that it can be clocked to 800 MHz.

i havent yet overclocked my lg thrive but im going to soon. you need to get the rom toolbox app and install it to your thrive and open it slide to the performance page and tap cpu control. there it will show the max and min mhz on the min there you can set the mhz. again i have not tried it yet so im not responsible if it doesnt work. hope it helps.
