How to partition SD without a card reader

[Android Question]

I am running Cyanogenmod 11 and wiped the external storage because I want to create an sd-ext partition so I can move apps to the SD with Titanium Backup. However, when I go into TWRP recovery mode, no option for "partition SD card" shows up under the Advanced menu. Can I create that partition with ROM Manager and any other app? Or from my computer but without a card reader??

You can create it from your computer if you can plug the card into the computer without a card reader. Can you do that?
