How to Power Phone on without a Volume and Power Button?

Hi. My phone has been repaired a few times but recently, I've been unable to power the phone on (the power button and volume button are badly damaged). How do I power the phone on otherwise? The phone still charges and loads up the oneplus screen before the "battery" charge screen. I've tried plugging it into a PC Laptop and the phone loads up the battery screen and the oneplus screen.

sorry can't do anything without those buttons......looks like another repair is needed, or a new phone.
