how to put apps onto Micro SD card

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace SGH-G600. The phone memory is full. How can I put apps on to a 16GB micro SD card
 
As far as I can tell the specs say this isn't an Android phone. The only Android phone I can find is the Ace 2. That being said, this function requires most devices to be rooted from what I've read.
