Root How to put breakout into modem diag mode?

I want to use breakout on pageplus. From this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1294179&page=6 it seems I need to flash it which need to put into modem diag mode first. How do I do that?
Is it same as fastboot mode?

Switch to PC mode, drivers is in the phone.

It's in notification bar.
I promised you guy to get the breakout works over my carrier without RUIM, but I still haven't got its ESN registered.

Oh btw, I got Marauder and yes it works with RUIM too.

This driver is from Marauder but works on Breakout.
And sorry not "pc mode", but "PC data mode".
