Help How to put rom on a tablet with rom manager

So please excuse my noobness on this question. I have a galaxy tab 7 inch tab for t mobile. I have rooted the tablet but I am having a hard time putting roms on the device. I have rom manager but I want to know what is a good rom that I can install using rom manager. Are there any honeycomb roms. Im new to this so is it much deeper than using rom manager to put them on the device. I know I have to have clockworkmod installed. Thanks for help or suggestions in advance :-)

if recall t-mobile is CDMA? if so there is next to no roms available for this, or rather the ones that are available are alphas that have been abandoned by most developers :(

Is there a honeycomb rom.. yes... is it functional? not even close
is there a cyanogen mod 7 rom.. yes... is it functional? nope

sadly the only rom you will be able to find is a rooted gingerbread rom.

If t-mobile is actually GSM then you have a a couple more options, Im hoping that when icecream comes out that google releases the source code for honeycomb and then we can see some real progress on the roms, or when 7.0plus comes out we may be able to dump that rom and make some tweaks to let it work on the original 7.0 :)
