How to read comics on my android?

I have the samsung galaxy tab 7" tablet.
I'm trying to find out how i can read my comics on this device.

My comics are in .cbz or .cbr format but the tablet cannot read them.
I have to install a software called "Comical". How do I do this?

Or is there some app that allows me to read comic books (not the store
comics).
 
I don't know, I don't read comics :)

I just did a search on the Android Market for anything that could read a CBR file.
 
Reading the description in Comica Lite it looks like all you need to do is place the .cbz or .cbr file on your SD card. The app scans your SD card for these files.

Quote from the description.

If you mean to download it on your device, you need to be logged in to your google account on both your device and on the Android Market on PC (if you are viewing the makret on the PC). Then click install on your browser. Make sure the device is connected to the internet.

I can't any comics to show up on my android from the sdcard. Called Samsung and they said there devices don't allow text or cbt file transfers on pc to tablet. Will rooting this device allow me to transfer these files and have them show up or am I out of luck? I bought the tablet to read my comics in cbr format? Please help

There are a number of readers to choose from for your Galaxy Tab 7".

For your purposes, the top three I recommend are ComicRack (if you want to tightly manage your collection from a PC), ComiCat if you are looking for a simple and intuitive CBR/CBZ Reader or Perfect Viewer which has just about every feature and option under the sun for advanced comic readers.
 
Comicat is the one I use, and it is great. Very easy, all you do is put your files on the sd card, and hit the sync button.
