Help How to rearrange apps manually?

i tried googling for an answer but cant find any.

How exactly do I rearrange apps on the app drawer on the nexus? By default it does it alphabetically but i want to arrange it differently.

Im on stock ICS 4.0.1.

If you are willing to change launchers, you can do it with GO Launcher by dragging them wherever you want them. You can easily put them in folders also.

thanks. I was afraid that was the answer. I actually like the stock skin so I guess Ill live with the alphabetical arrangement for now.
