How to reboot Yeahpad 4.0 Tablet

Hi, I purchased a Yeahpad 7" Android Tablet for my son for Xmas. He has now forgotten his email and password and therefore the tablet is locked after using up all the attempts to login. Is there someway of rebooting/restoring the tablet back to factory settings so he can start all over again? I can not get pass the login page, so i dont know if wifi is enabled or what any other settings is turned on or off. I have search endlessly on the net, with some saying you can press and hold the volume and power button at the same time, but i have tried all different combinations, and nothing seems to work. Please help, as I am starting to pull my hair out over this...lol...there must be an easy solution...Thanks

Hi wotsup13 welcome to Android Forums.

So you've tried hard resetting holding volume up or down and power, and that doesn't work. Unfortunately the Yeahpad is an off-brand cheapo tablet. So when you do get an issue like this, there can be problems. Also Yeahpad's contact details for possible support are rather sketchy to say the least...

Where did you buy this tablet? Ebay was it? Try contacting the seller about it.
