Help How to record smaller video file size?

A 2 min video recorded by default samsung camera app is about 200MB file size

Q1) How to record with smaller file size using samsung camera app or other app?

Q2) What is the fastest way to reduce the file size of existing video?

what phone do you have?

my z fold 4 under "advanced recording options", you can select reduce file size. this will make the video file having the hevc file extension. not all apps can play this, but it does shrink the video into a smaller package.
