How to recover deleted facbook contact from contact book?

I synchronized facebook contacts with the phone and set my google account as the default location for all the contacts. after a while i deleted a few facebook contacts from the phone and now i can't add them again, they are still on my facebook but they never sync with my phone now.

Try Reinstalling the facebook application.
