Help how to reflash

my incredible s has started to freeze continuously and I nedd to reflash it is there a way I can do this rather then sending back to Htc.

I would start with a full system reset. You can do that from the Settings menu. That will wipe out all of your installed programs and user data just a like a reflash would.

yes have done that already but still the same

Is your phone rooted? If not, it's probable a hardware issue as you wouldn't have sufficient permissions to change anything vital to the os.
