Hi,
Do you want to get back your warranty of HTC Wildfire S after unlocked or rooted?
Just follow these steps, NOT TESTED BY ME, But got from xda and might be helpful to someone wants to gain warranty.....
Requirements:
HTC Wildfire S a 510e (Unlocked + Custom Recovery + Root)
RUU of you carrier or region (Choose carefully)
Battery morethan 50%
SD Card.
How:
1. Dowload BLTool here: [Bootloader] Control your Bootloader and set Superversion for downgrade (aromazip) - xda-developers
and copy it to root of the SDCard.
2. Boot into CWM recovery, browse & Choose the above downloaded file and flash it. Set it first to Supervision and again to relocked mode.
3. Flash RUU of your region and the process should go with no problems**.
** If Any error occurs in 3rd step then you have to get ROM.zip from the temp folder and create a Goldcard.
I know this is helped for a few to gain warranty, but try your luck....!!!
