Help How to reinstall live wallpaper picker

I uninstalled as many system apps as I could when I rooted my phone one of those was lwp picker but now I want it back. I have the apk which I got from system.img.ext4 using linux reader but I can't install it. My phone says application not installed. So then I tried to install it using terminal emulator but I get an error message that says Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_UID_CHANGED] I don't have a backup and I don't want to completely reinstall my rom.

Have you tried using a root explorer to copy it to /system/app and then setting the permissions?

I reinstalled the stock rom, wasted an hour reconfiguring my phone then after about 15 minutes of using an lwp I remembered how stupid they are and I uninstalled the app again.
