Help How to remove a trojan? Avast, etc. won't do it.

Hi! This is my first post here, so let me know if I'm doing anything wrong

My problem:
Seems like I got a trojan on my Nexus 5. I don't have any idea when or where I got it; but in the last 2 weeks I got an extra icon which resembles to *********** Guards logo (actually for me that's the same logo). Never clicked on it. 360 Security found it, removed it - for like 3 seconds, then it appeared again. Avast, CM Security won't even find it..

I've gotten a few extra ads and a couple of apps (never opened any of them) since this happened, so hopefully nothing really harmful yet, but I'd really like to see where it might came from and how to remove it for good.
Running "factory" 5.1 if that matters.

Any help is appreciated in advance

Same problem, it suddenly gone but its still in my app. Manager. my mistake is i marked the uninstall prevention or whatever that prevents the app from uninstalling , now i cant uninstall it. help pleasee

Not sure what you're on about tbh but have a look in settings, security, device administrators and see if you can uncheck it there to uninstall it
