How to remove apps installed from root?

Hey, guys I installed some apps via my root and they are bogging down my phone so I want to get rid of them but im not sure how to do so. Im not talking about "pre-installed" apps.

Ive pretty much avoided my poor droid like a plague because of this so if you can help me out mucho kudos to you!

Menu-Settings-Applications-Manage Applications, then select app and hit "Uninstall".
