Help How to remove custom binary counter on galaxy Core I8262

Since i was upgrading my phone to lollipop. My phone CRASHED!

Now, WARNING sign is displaying on startup.
phone is not rooting.
I used Farmaroot v.1.9.3 and v.1.6.0 But Nothing happens.
After Lots of Googling I installed 'triangle away' app BUT it needs "ROOT"

my phone is also doesn't RESET

Please Help Me guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Help you with what?
You did not identify what phone you have, nor what version of Android you were running.
What WARNING is displaying?
How were you upgrading? How do you know it was an upgrade to lollipop?
OTA upgrading a rooted phone can brick it unless it is a full OS replacement.
