Help How to remove lock screen for good?

Is it possible to get rid of the lock screen for good? I already have the No lock app, but I have a problem with that. I'm using Auto killer, which really helps my phone run smoother, but the problem is that every now and then, the phone kills certain apps - including No lock. So when this happens, the lock screen opens and I have to slide it. This can be very annoying when writing something or playing a game. I could, of course, try to change Autokiller's settings, but that would make my phone slower. I don't think it's possible to tell Autokiller that No lock shouldn't be killed, so what I need is a way to get rid of the lock screen without an app. My phone is rooted.
