how to remove"Perfect App Protector"

I'm not really familiar with the app in question, but the exact removal procedure probably depends on the level of security that you configured the App Protector for. You should be able to log into the app and disable its various uninstall protection measures; you may also need to disable the app as a Device Administrator (Settings - Security - Device Administrators). You should then be able to uninstall the app just like any other.
