Root How to remove ra's recovery??!?!

Hey people all i want is for my nexus one to go back to stock european vodafone rom i dont even want root anymore, it wont update like this :(
I just can't find a europe specific one or is it the same? i'm just afraid of bricking my phone if i use the wrong....
