Root How to Remove Rom

I'm new to rooting & Roms. I installed the latest CTMOD rom on my LG Marquee. Everything has been working fine, but my phone freaked out & I have to ship it back to LG for repairs & I want to restore my phone to factory defaults. I did a hard reset, but the Rom is still on there. I don't think I did a backup of the factory rom & that's where my problem is. I've been looking, but can't find anything. Is there somewhere I could download the original rom to reset this phone? Thanks in advance for any help.

There is an option in the menu to remove root and cwm...
