Root How To Remove Roms and go back to stock?

Hi guys,

I am a noob in roms and i took my droid 3 and rooted it and then flashed steel droid. However, it was not mentioned in the guide i was reading so i didn't do a nandroid backup. So how do I go back to stock from where I am?
