Help How to remove TeleNav?

I read that you can remove it with Titanium Backup, but that looks like it's only for rooted phones. Is there any app that can remove telenav without rooting the phone?

Why not just root? It's dirt easy with z4root, and easily reversible (just run z4root and click "unroot") in case of warranty issues.
