How to removed the "Blueness" of the Note 3

I am considering getting a Note 3 and I wanted to know if there was a way to remove the blue framework on the screens (mostly the category headers) If you look at this video Galaxy Gear: Review Part 1 (A Real Android Device) - YouTube around the 9:09 mark the headers appears to be brown/dark purple - is this standard or is there a way to adjust this?

You must be rooted, but download rom toolbox and use theme picker mini-app
