Help How To Reset Maxx to COMPLETE Factory New.

Is there a way to put my Razr Maxx back to factory where the ORIGINAL firmware/OS level is installed? IOW without the upgrade push of a few weeks ago.
I tried using the menus and that didn't work as I have the same problems.

Reason is, I installed Go Launcher the other day and didn't like it so I uninstalled it.
Evidently something is still lingering because the phone is acting weird.
Brightness doesn't stick, browser hangs, browser is jittery when scrolling and I have had to random reboots since the removal of Go Launcher.

I never had a single problem before installing and removing Go Launcher.

So can I set this phone back to "out of the box" clean with the version of Android circa March 1, 2012 before the last push?

Pointers are appreciated.

Try resetting system cache first.
Turn phone off.

While off, press and hold both volume keys and power on phone.

Press volume key down to highlight recovery and then press volume key up to boot into recovery. Then you will see android icon with triangle.

Press both volume keys.

Choose clear cache partition using down volume and press power button to clear cache.

Highlight reboot / restart and press power and your phone will reboot.

Resetting the cache seems to have fixed the problem ! I've bookmarked the firmware instructions just in case though. Thanks for the help!
