I previously bought a GS3 T999 phone. I was having problems with it as I mentioned in my previous thread. I recently received a replacement phone but it was the I747 model. I had previously backed up some contacts and SMS onto Kies from the old phone. Kies now doesn't want to restore this information to the new phone since it's a different model, and Kies isn't showing any backed up files to restore from. How do I solve this problem? Is there a way to extract this information and load it onto the new phone or is it lost forever?
