Root How to restore to stock?

i am trying to get my droid x back to factory settings. my buddy put the ice cream sandwich on my phone and i just want it back to normal. i went to privacy and did restore to factory settings but icx continues to load. can anyone help me?

half way down the link, is the 4.5.602 SBF File

you need to also follow these directions:

and you will have a stock device, like it was out of the box
