Help How to restore!

I'm so stupid.

I erased all in TWRP and reboot. I forgot to install from zip file.
How can I enter TWRP? I tried to push volume down + power key but it's blank after LG logo. T.T

also its all about timing.

from the guide above:

To boot to recovery power off device, power on the device, and wait until it gets to the dim LG logo and try to interrupt the long vibration by pressing volume down a few times, if done correctly, your phone will stop the first boot and start another one that boots you to recovery. Timing is key so it might take a few tries

Then
1. Power up with volume down + power key
2. When LG logo appear, take off power key
3. Press volume down few time?

I tried but not working..
