There are a couple of apps on the market that claim to be able to recover deleted text messages but the reviews aren't promising. You can try them at your own risk, but there are no services I know of that can recover deleted text messages. If the messages were deleted a long time ago there is a good chance the part of the memory they were stored in has been overwritten. Even if they were recently deleted its still no simple task to try to locate and recover the deleted info.
