You'd need to run the RUU whatever software version your were on before the update. What's your current software number?

My current software number is: 1.28.728.9
There was an issue when installing this update and I need to be able to overwrite it.

There are a list of RUU's there, just search for your software number. I've never ran an RUU before, but I believe it's just a case of plug the phone in to the PC run the exe file and go.
It will wipe the phone though so make sure you backup what you need first.
