Help How to root a LG Optimus F6

Already have seen that and already downloaded it. It's done nothing. I have no more access to my phone than I did before.

Did the app show a failure to root or did it say the root was successful?
It claims it was successful, but, that doesn't mean anything. My computer and phone tell me I've done stuff right or DLed something correctly all the time and then it doesn't work. How do you know if it's successfully rooted?

You can verify with Root Checker.
However, before I did that, I'd first install SuperSU and Busybox to cover all bases.
already ahead of ya. I already DLed SU and Connectbot, but, CB is asking for a username@hostname: port I have NO CLUE what that is, means, or anything. I don't have a username for CB

I'm not sure what you're wanting to do but if it's anonymity you're looking for, perhaps try orbot (mobile tor) instead:

WTF you talking about? I'm trying to root my phone. can you not read? or, I WAS.. i gave up. this sh!t is too complicated.
So, what is this app supposed to do?
EDIT: NM.. its not working anyway.. like I said.. I give up.. too complicated.
