I had a unbranded color ebook reader from small manufactory which does not exist anymore. It cannot display ebooks properly due to software issue (ebook format not recognized) but hardware works fine. Is it possible to reinstall it as a regular android device. I am not sure what system it was running on. Does the hardware matter to install android system?
