Root How to root/downgrade my huawai g300??help plzz

Hye I have bought my huawai g300 frm china .. it had android 2.3 at time of purchase .. then I upgraded it to 4.0.3 android version...but i m tired of it coz it hangs ..work slowly...n restrt itself...can any one plzz guide me to downgrade my android version to 2.3..I havnt made ny backup of pervious version..I dnt knw much about android n root.. can any one guide me step by step ...n also my mbl dnt have google play store coz I bought frm china ..plzzz resolve this issue too how make google play n google apps work wd it...

In the Settings section there's an option called Factory reset - it will return your device to the manufacturer's state. Will delete all data as well. So be careful.
I haven't rooted my device so I can't tell you how to downgrade. You may also search these forums http://forum.xda-developers.com/
